Cosy and charming holiday home in a quiet location on a wooded natural plot, just 200 m from the sandy beach.

The heart of the house is the cosy living room, which is directly connected to the kitchen so that cooking can always be a convivial affair. The living room has a warm wood-burning stove for the cooler seasons, a dining area and a TV for cosy movie or series evenings.

On the partially covered terrace with garden furniture, you can read, enjoy the sun and your favourite dishes, which can also be prepared outdoors thanks to the barbecue. Swings and plenty of space for the children to run around await them in the garden.

The holiday home is just 250 metres from the fantastic Kadeau restaurant. A short walk will take you to a great, child-friendly sandy beach. But even if you have everything you need at your beautiful holiday resort, it's still worth exploring the island by car or bike. The well-known sights such as the ruins of Hammershus, Dueodde Strand, the round church of Østerlars, the famous Echo Valley (Ekkodalen) or the Helligdomsklipperne cliffs are well worth a visit. The extremely charming little towns such as Aakirkeby, Snogebæk and Svaneke are also well worth a visit.
