Description

Beautifully situated architect built house. The house is located near the beautiful nature area at Hammeren in charming Sandvig and only 50 m from a bike path that leads directly to the beautiful Allinge-Sandvig area.

The house is bright and modernly furnished and guarantees a quality stay in the beautiful north of Bornholm. In the spacious living room with fireplace you will spend many cozy days where you can make yourself comfortable and watch movies, listen to music, play games or just have a nice chat. In the open, well-equipped kitchen with dining area you will succeed in preparing the most delicious dishes. All four bedrooms and the two bathrooms of the house have comfortable underfloor heating. The same applies to the utility room, where you can find a washing machine.

At the house you have access to a large, partially covered wooden terrace with outdoor furniture, where you can relax and enjoy the sun and fresh air with a glass of wine. You also have a gas grill at your disposal. In addition, the house has an outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off the sand after a beach trip. If you have an electric car, you can charge it at the house with an existing charging box with a 7 m cable with type 2 plugs.

The house is a great base for beach trips. You have many beautiful hiking trails at your doorstep, among others along the beautiful rocky coast where you can experience enchanting sunsets. North Bornholm is full of great corners. Visit the castle ruins of Hammershus, Jons Kapel, the Helligdomsklipperne, the round church of Olsker or Bornholm's art museum.
