Son is especially known for its old Dutch-era buildings, with wooden houses and narrow streets that give it a distinctive character that people like to associate with towns on the coast of southern Norway. It also has a popular marina. From which you may also be able to take a boat trip. In Oslofjord you can admire impressive rocky outcrops, swim at swimming spots or try your luck at fishing.
