The two-storey house in an older style, located near Lake Kvännaren on the outskirts of Västervik, offers you an unforgettable and varied vacation experience. Enjoy living not far from the coast without being affected by the bustling life of Västervik. The accommodation is comfortably furnished and you will find everything you need for a successful vacation. On the first floor you will find a large kitchen, a living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. Upstairs there is a toilet and two bedrooms as well as a study with several desks. The latter room is perfect for those who want to combine the flexibility of work with relaxing days by the sea. Enjoy outdoor living and balmy summer evenings on the covered terrace.

Head to the beach and enjoy the sea and sun. The area offers numerous opportunities for swimming, canoeing, kayaking and excellent fishing. Västervik with its beautiful wooden houses is a real summer town with lots of activities and events. The Visfestival is always held on the last weekend in July (week 28) at Stegeholm Castle Ruins and offers many great musical experiences. Bring a picnic basket or buy food on site. Västervik is also known for the 5000 islands close to the city, and you can visit the larger islands on one of the archipelago boats.
