Magnificent vacation home in direct beach location from 1921, beautifully nestled in the West Jutland dune landscape. Carefully restored and modernized in 2004 while retaining the authentic style. The beach area can be reached via a private staircase and starts just 75 meters from the house. A few hundred meters from the house you will meet the largest crown deer population in Denmark, you live in a huge protected area. Here you can also find the famous lighthouse Blåvand Fyr, which offers a view of Horns Rev, the coast and the heath landscape Kallesmærsk Hede. An area made for hiking. The vacation home offers enough space on 2 floors. The modern, yet in the old style adapted furnishings and best quality furniture creates a successful combination of old and new. On the first floor is the kitchen area in American dimension, modernly equipped with, among other things, an ice maker. The large dining table with enough space for all guests is the natural gathering point for meals and invites in the evening to chat and play together. The pool area has impressive dimensions with swimming pool, 5-person whirlpool and rustic sauna. A staircase facilitates access to the pool. In the table tennis room, up to four people can compete together. It becomes cozy in the evening with a good glass of wine at the fireplace. 2 of the total of 8 bedrooms are located on the first floor, the remaining 6 are distributed on the upper floor. All bedrooms are bright and friendly furnished with double beds and have their own TV. After opening the French balcony doors, you can enjoy a magnificent view. Outside you can make yourself comfortable on several terraces. The barbecue kitchen can be used all year round. Blåvand itself is a seaside resort with perfect infrastructure and a wide range of leisure activities. The old trading town of Esbjerg is nearby, and in Ho, a few kilometers away, there are several put & take lakes for sport fishermen, as well as an 18-hole golf course.
