Villa Bolara is set on a large property, on the slope of a hill above the river and with beautiful view of the surrounding hills. The idyllic landscape, the olive trees, the shadow of the centuries-old oaks and the view of the vineyards take your breath away. The authentic elements such as the massive stone walls, the voltes, the inside fireplace and the wooden beams were retained during the adaptation. On well-kept property besides the swimming pool, there are also several corners to enjoy the day in the sun or in the shade with a book and a glass of wine.
Villa Bolara has on the ground floor a living room, dining room with fireplace, kitchen and separate toilet. On the first floor is a spacious bedroom with its own bathroom and balcony with panoramic view. Please note that this property may accept youth groups on request. Please contact us to check. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or younger. If you are a youth group [or planning a stag/hen party], you may be asked to pay an additional security deposit on arrival. Any sums required to repair damage caused to the property by you will be deducted from the security deposit.
