A few steps from the entrance, you come out onto a partially covered terrace with a rocking chair, small sofa and seating area, where you can relax in the island's mild temperatures. Surrounded by Mediterranean plants, the space immediately evokes a feeling of tranquillity. Another covered seating area at the side of the house is directly connected to the kitchen and is ideal for al fresco dining. Sun loungers are available for sunbathing behind the villa. The property is child-friendly and has toys, a small paddling pool and fully fenced grounds.

Inside, the cosy living room with its comfortable sofa and rustic wooden table will make you feel right at home. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals. The three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with single beds, share a practical bathroom, ideal for rinsing off the salt from a day at the beach. A separate utility room completes the house.

Torrent des Revellar beach is just one kilometre from the attractive "Fantastic Beach" villa, and the nearby stone cove is just a five-minute walk away. Son Serra de Marina is a quiet holiday resort with a marina. Can Picafort on one side and Colònia de Sant Pere on the other are good destinations for walks along the beach. Betlem, 16 kilometres away, is also a great starting point for hikes. Artà, which can be reached in 15 minutes by car, invites you to stroll through its idyllic narrow streets.
