This single-storey farmhouse Sa Marineta is situated on a huge plot in the middle of the countryside in the south-east of Mallorca with no direct neighbours. It is therefore perfect for a family with two children or for two couples travelling together. It is a Fincallorca holiday home. Olive trees grow on the large plot. There are also lawns that are perfect for children to play and run around. Meanwhile, the adults can relax on the partially covered terrace. A highlight for everyone is the large pool surrounded by a sun terrace with loungers, including an outdoor shower, which promises welcome refreshment on hot days and is even suitable for a sporty swim. You can conveniently park your hire car under the carport right next to the house. Conveniently, everything in this farmhouse is on one level. White walls, lots of wood and pleasantly cool tiled floors, together with selected decorations throughout the house, create a summery, Mediterranean Mallorcan atmosphere. Cosy sofas and a dining table with chairs invite you to relax in the open-plan living and dining area, where you can either watch a little TV or enjoy a delicious dinner together. The open-plan kitchen is also equipped with everything you need for cooking. The two bedrooms are lovingly decorated and each has a spacious wardrobe. To complete the comfort, there is a bathroom with a pretty brick shower and a guest WC. Sa Marineta is a single-storey farmhouse in a secluded rural location on a spacious plot in the south-east of Mallorca. Manacor with its shops and restaurants is about 10.2 km away and the pretty Cala Petita bay is only 5.6 km away.
