The furnishings are comfortable and contemporary. Upon arrival, you will be immediately delighted by the designer patio furniture and gas grill, as well as the living room with wood-burning stove, home theater and elegant furniture. The open kitchen with cooking island is equipped with all household appliances. The bedrooms on the right are tastefully furnished with beds 1.60 m wide. The fourth room is equipped with a bunk bed and a single bed of 2.00 length and 0.90 m width. The highlight of this beautiful house is the indoor swimming pool with shower, toilet and sauna.

In the garden is a small lake, on which you have a beautiful view from the house. Your privacy is absolutely guaranteed as the house and lake are hidden behind a wooded shore.
We recommend a visit to Durbuy, the smallest town in the world, the castle ruins of La Roche, the citadel of Dinant or the caves of Hotton. At 500 meters there is a small beach on the banks of the Ourthe. Hikes and sporty bike rides can be made right from the front door. No youth groups under 25 years are allowed in this house.
