There are three bedrooms in the house and an alcove connected to the dining room. The bathroom has a whirlpool and access to the sauna and there is also a guest toilet. From the living room you have access to the covered terrace where you can spend nice barbecue evenings. On the pristine natural plot with lawn you can play ball and hide and seek.
You live within walking distance of a good beach as well as the fishing and marina with two piers and a fishing area. There are also several well-marked hiking trails and bike paths, and there are large forests for nice walks and beautiful villas in the area. Take a trip to the Kattegat Center in Grenaa harbor. There you can experience the many seals, sharks and various marine animals.
