Description

The very tasteful, bright and comfortably furnished 46 sqm first floor apartment offers space for your vacation with 4 people.

The apartment is modern and comfortably furnished and offers direct access from the living room to your associated terrace as well as the adjacent garden. Here you can start the day with a leisurely breakfast or end it with a relaxing barbecue.
The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, in which a crib can be set up if desired. The fold-out sofa bed in the living room can accommodate two more people.

The fully equipped kitchen also leaves nothing to be desired. On request, a washing machine and dryer, which are located in the basement, can be used. Also on request you have the possibility to use the sauna, which is accessible through an entrance of the house owner apartment.

Bohnsdorf is a small and very green Berlin district in the southwest of the district Treptow-Köpenick. Despite its proximity to Berlin, you will find peace and relaxation in Bohnsdorf, which is not far from the Dahme River. Due to the very good transport connections nearby, you can get to the city of Berlin quickly and easily either by S-Bahn from Grünau station or by bus. Holidaymakers can spend wonderful bathing days here in summer with sunbathing and swimming, while nature lovers can get their money's worth by bike or on foot.

Bohnsdorf and its surroundings offer a variety of leisure activities. Streetcar No. 68, which leaves directly in front of the Grünau S-Bahn station, will take you to Köpenick, Berlin's most beautiful and watery district. If you want to get off in between you can then take the ferry at Wassersportallee and explore this beautiful spot, which is only 8km away from Bohnsdorf, with all its restaurants and bars on foot.

For golf lovers there is a great golf course in Groß Kienitz, only 16 km away, and for those who like horseback riding, the Klinke riding stable is a great place to be. Due to the abundance of water around Bohnsdorf, water sports enthusiasts get their money's worth here and various restaurants on the Dahme invite you to take a rest.
Those who want to travel a little further should definitely plan a side trip to the beautiful city of Potsdam or a day trip to the historic cultural city of Dresden.
