Description

The special feature of your modern, high-quality holiday flat can be seen as soon as you enter through a large, white wooden archway. Your spacious apartment is located on the ground floor and offers enough space for 4 people.

The furnishings leave nothing to be desired, including a flat-screen TV and ceramic hob in the kitchen. Various exits lead to the outdoor terrace. Here you will find garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue. The highlight is the 2500 square metre garden, where there is always something to discover. It has been lovingly landscaped and the outdoor pool with counter-current system is a great place to cool off. Here you will also find a communal sauna house (for a fee) with a party room. In addition to a separate WC, this house also has a fireplace.

In the garden you will find further garden terraces on different levels. From these terraces on the slope you have a wonderful view of the water and the Elbe. The owners live on the first floor, but are not on site during the week.

There is a cosy double bed in each of the two separate bedrooms. There are two more beds in the living area.

Lauenburg is located directly on the Elbe and offers a comprehensive tourist infrastructure. You can bring your boat as a guest berth holder and purchase a guest fishing licence. You are on the outer edge of the Lüneburg Heath or can explore the numerous nature reserves in the surrounding area. You can reach the area and numerous bathing spots and open-air swimming lakes on a good network of cycle paths. You can be in the centre of the Hamburg metropolitan region in just over an hour.
