In Juan-les-Pins, this magnificent vacation apartment welcomes you surrounded by beautiful villas and prestigious hotels. The property is modern and comfortably furnished, and from your balcony you have a partial view of the sea across the vegetation of a botanical garden. A footpath takes you directly to the beaches, from which you can also walk further around the cape. The path around this protruding part of the coast runs through rocks and treats you to magnificent views of the so-called Bay of Billionaires, which are among the most beautiful of its kind in the region. Due to its location not far from the sea and between the two popular cities of Cannes and Nice, this apartment in Juan-les-Pins is ideal for a successful vacation on the Côte d'Azur. Take advantage of the extensive sandy beaches, restaurants and promenades along the sea. 10 km of beach connect Cannes and its Boulevard de la Croisette with Juan-les-Pins, and it is only 28 km to Nice. Despite its central location in the town, the vacation home offers a quiet retreat. In the summer months, Juan-les-Pins attracts a lot of vacationers, partly because of the proximity to Antibes about 2.5 km east of the apartment. To the south is the Cap d'Antibes with its impressive villas in large gardens. The vacation home has parking spaces, but a car is not really necessary to enjoy the Côte d'Azur. This is also quite easy by train from the station 1 km away. From there, there are connections to Nice, Saint-Tropez and Cannes, for example. A bus will take you there and back to Nice airport.
