Luxurious villa in the Peloponnese, 2.5 km from the town of Kiato and the 3 km long beach and 107 km from Athens. The town of Kiato has numerous taverns, bars and cafes and a lively shopping street. The area is served by the Athens light rail, which departs from Athens International Airport and ends in Kiato after a 90-minute ride. The owner's property consists mostly of well-maintained vineyards, but a part has been separated, fenced and that is where the vacation home and garden are located. One of the advantages of this vacation home is the panoramic view of the Gulf of Corinth. The 1000 m² garden with about 500 m² of well-kept lawn is partly planted with various trees such as orange, lemon, tangerine, apple and apricot trees.
