Here you will occupy part of a semi-detached house immersed in the greenery near Lignano Pineta, about 500 m from the sandy beach and 400 m from the center of the town of the same name. On the second floor there is a bedroom with double bed, bedroom with two single beds, single bedroom, bathroom with shower. At your disposal is also a private garden, equipped with garden furniture and barbecue, ideal for relaxing. Air conditioning, safe and satellite TV are also available. The property is located about 500 meters from the long sandy beach (reachable on foot or by bike) that runs along the seaside resort to the mouth of the river Tagliamento. Within 200 meters there are restaurants, bars, supermarkets and other commercial activities. In addition, there are numerous bike paths, ideal for short or long excursions in the surrounding area. Lignano Sabbiadoro is a famous seaside resort in the Friuli Venezia Giulia region, characterized by a lot of greenery and extensive pine forests such as the famous Hemingway Park.
