Holiday home in a panoramic position with pool, situated on a hill above the Adriatic coast, about 7 km from Fano.

The property consists of a three-storey main house (2nd floor attic, ceiling height between 0.80 cm and 2.20 m), a very simply furnished outbuilding and a pool house with panoramic sun terrace. The holiday home is surrounded by a 4,000 m² garden with wonderful sea views, where there are various seating areas, a small play area for children, a bowling alley and volleyball net. Next to the pool house there is a large veranda with a summer kitchen and stone barbecue. Here you can spend your holidays in total privacy close to the sea.

Main house: Ground floor: Large living room with fireplace, TV room, kitchen, bedroom with double bed with extra bunk bed, bathroom with shower. 1st floor: Comfortable bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower and tub (hydromassage) and access to the fitness room with panoramic view; bedroom with double bed, two bedrooms with bunk beds, bathroom with tub. 2nd floor (attic): Bedroom with double bed and extra single bed, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower. Outbuilding (150 m²): large living room, living room with fireplace and pizza oven, two complete kitchens, bedroom with double bed and extra bunk bed, bathroom with shower. Pool house (ground floor): two showers and WC, 1st floor: furnished sun terrace.

On request you can hire a sailing / motor boat for day or week trips. The caretaker cleans the pool every morning between 6.00 and 9.00 a.m., a security guard takes care of any work that needs to be done around the house. Distances: The Roman town of Fano 7 km, the harbour of Pesaro 18 km, the castle of Gradara 35 km and the sophisticated Riccione 60 km; San Marino, the oldest republic in the world, 73 km.
