About 1.2 km from the crystal clear sea of the Iblea coast you will find this vacation apartment with a shared pool. Surrounded by greenery and 10,000 m² of land, here you can relax while walking on the property, which offers an artificial lake with ducks and geese with a waterfall of about 3 meters. The small lake is crossed by a wooden bridge, in an aviary of about 200 m² are peacocks and various birds. A play area is reserved for children, while comfortable hammocks (under centuries-old olive trees) are available for adults. Part of the complex is used as a Bed & Breakfast for a maximum of 8 extra beds. Breakfast with homemade jams and cakes is available on request. You have access to a covered veranda with sofas and tables to admire the front garden and the sea view among the palm trees. Inside, a large dining room (about 30 m²) overlooks the garden. Also on the first floor, on the kitchen side, there is a veranda where part is equipped with table, chairs, barbecue area, outdoor kitchen and sink, while the covered part offers lounge and wicker chairs. All guests share the pool (surrounded by banana trees and various palm trees), a ping-pong table, a SPA room with sauna for 8 people and a Jacuzzi for 6 people. Punta Secca, Punta Braccetto, Kaucana and Marina di Ragusa are the pearls of the Iblea coast, all within 2-4 km distance. The Iblea coast has not only a part of the coast with fine sand and crystal clear water, but also a very suggestive coast with rocks and cliffs. Those who want to explore the area can visit Baroque Ibleo, Ragusa Ibla, Modica, Scicli, etc., which are only a few dozen kilometers away. The charming cities of Noto and Syracuse are about 80 km away.
