Several beautiful and secluded panoramic roads will lead you to the interesting historical centers of Montefalco, Bevagna, Trevi and the particular Clitunno springs. For your common use there is a large green area with garden furniture and swimming pool. The house has the ideal position for walks in the beautiful nature. A gravel road of about 500 meters leads to the house.
