From the living room you have direct access to the covered terrace. A children's playground, barbecue area and sun loungers round off the feel-good ambience. The leisure room offers fun and games for young and old with billiards, table tennis and table football. Bicycles are also available, which you can try out on the cycle path approx. 50 metres away. The house is stylishly furnished and is situated on a fully fenced plot. It has several terraces that invite you to relax.
