The vacation park is ideally located for visiting the national parks Weerribben-Wieden, Drents-Friese Wold and Dwingelderveld. The inviting town of Steenwijk is 10 km away. Other nice excursions from this vacation home are: Zoo Taman Indonesia 7 km( and a boat trip through the world famous village of Giethoorn, 19 km). At the reception you can get good tips for a hike or bike ride in the area. From late April to early September you can swim for a fee in the adjacent outdoor pool Bosbad.
