This stylish two-bedroom apartment overlooks the exclusive 18-hole golf course at Valle Romano Golf & Resort Club and features free Wi-Fi and air conditioning with heating and cooling.
This exclusive accommodation is entered through a spacious entrance hall, which leads to the living area with wooden dining table, sofa bed, two armchairs, coffee table and a TV with a varied selection of movies and programs.
To the left of the entrance hall is the modern and fully equipped kitchen with a utility area. A hallway leads to the family bathroom with a bathtub and shower device and a bedroom with two single beds, bedside table and bedside lamp. At the end of the hallway is the spacious master bedroom with king-size bed, nightstands, bedside lamps and a terrace overlooking the 18-hole course. Attached to the master bedroom is an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and shower attachment.
This fantastic complex offers not only three community pools supervised by a lifeguard during the summer months, but also 24-hour security, a clubhouse with restaurant, sauna, golf store, golf school, and practice range. By car you can reach the coast in a few minutes.
