With 70 m² on 2 floors, it offers capacity for 3 people with 1 bedroom and a sleeping area in the living room. It also has 1 bathroom, a spacious living and dining room and a kitchen. The outdoor area boasts 3 large terraces where you can enjoy the marvellous climate of the region.
In the residential complex with an area of 12000 m² you have access to 2 communal pools, a fitness area with a daily programme, sauna, heated pool, gardens and parks and a playground. There is also a restaurant and a bar. The complex is monitored 24 hours a day and is equipped with Wi-Fi.
The beautiful beach of Cabopino and golf courses are only 1 km away.
Marbella is a beautiful city that is considered the jewel of the Costa del Sol and Puerto Banús is 24 km away. Here you can take long walks to admire the yachts, go shopping and savour the regional cuisine in a variety of excellent restaurants.
Málaga, the cosmopolitan and cultural capital of the Costa del Sol with numerous museums, is just 60 km away. Here you can visit the Thyssen Museum, Picasso Museum, the collection of the Russian Museum of St. Petersburg or the Pompidou Centre, etc.
