Description

This fantastic two-bedroom apartment is located in the exclusive gated community "El Porton" in Calahonda, which offers well-maintained gardens, a communal pool with sun loungers and a barbecue area. Several restaurants and bars can be reached on foot in just five minutes. The accommodation offers Wi-Fi and TV programs in several languages.
A few steps down lead to the entrance of the apartment. To the right of the hallway awaits a fitted kitchen, which leads to a covered and enclosed terrace area. Next to the kitchen is a shower room and a bedroom with two single beds and built-in wardrobe.
The master bedroom with two single beds and built-in wardrobe is located on the rear side of the apartment and has an attached bathroom with bathtub and shower device.
Along the left side runs a spacious living and dining area with two sofas (one of which is a sofa bed) and television. In the dining area there is a dining table and a large glass cabinet. From the living area you have access to a covered terrace with dream views of the sea and the pool.
