Description

This bright and cheerful 2 bedroom vacation apartment is located in the complex "El Puente 3" on the hillside of Calahonda. The complex offers a large pool area with 2 pools in one, only 300 meters from a bar and restaurant and 3 km from all the facilities of Calahonda, including more restaurants, bars, supermarkets, golf, tennis club and the beach. There is a bus service linking the complexes in Calahonda to the coast road and stores from Monday to Friday.
The first floor apartment is distributed over one floor and is accessed via a staircase. There is a spacious lounge with separate dining area. The open plan kitchen has a separate terrace and the dining area is furnished with a dining table, chairs and a desk. The living area offers 2 sofas, an open fireplace, a TV and a hi-fi system, with access to the covered terrace. The south-east facing terrace is fitted with glass windows, which remain closed from November to February and open from March to October.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, fitted wardrobes, access to the terrace and an en-suite shower room and the guest bedroom has fitted wardrobes and a guest shower room.
