Description

This bright and cozy apartment is located on the first floor in a gated community in Vistamar, Torrenueva. The complex offers a communal pool and gardens. It is just 200 meters from the beach, stores, supermarkets and restaurants. The apartment offers free Wi-Fi and hot and cold air conditioning.
This apartment consists of a bedroom and a living room with dining area and integrated kitchenette. The living room overlooks the small south-facing terrace with direct access to the gardens and communal pool. In front of the terrace is a small garden area with sun loungers. The living room is furnished with a double sofa bed, a TV installed on the wall and a dining table and chairs. The kitchenette has a refrigerator, a stove with two burners and a microwave. The bedroom is equipped with a king size bed and built-in wardrobes. The bathroom of the apartment has a large shower.
Torrenueva is located between La Cala de Mijas and the Riviera del Sol, which is a well-kept urbanization that stretches from the beach to the hills and mountains of Mijas Costa. A very well developed infrastructure and public areas has transformed the urbanization into a fantastic family oriented vacation area with parks, well maintained avenues, green areas and an exceptional promenade that stretches from Cabopino to La Cala de Mijas.
La Cala de Mijas is a town with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The main street has narrow streets with boutiques, stores, bars and restaurants.
