Description

This house offers you a fantastic panoramic view of the sea and the Penon de Ifach. You will find it in a quiet cul-de-sac of the urbanization Maryvilla. On three floors it houses separate living units, and due to the individual division of the premises, several families or couples can spend their vacations here together, but still live separately. On the upper floor there are three bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room. On the pool level there is a unit with a bedroom, living room, bathroom and a kitchen. Finally, in the basement there are two bedrooms, a bathroom as well as a kitchen-living room. The decor is cozy rustic. Around the pool there is plenty of space for sunbathing and for common evenings a nice barbecue corner. Tennis courts are nearby and the nearest golf course is 1.5 km away. For excursions, various boat tours are offered in the port of Calpe, where fish auctions also take place in the evening. The fish restaurants here in the port are also always worth a visit. Calpe has an extensive sandy beach, but with partly rocky sections. Somewhat inland, old salt pans dominate the picture. It is particularly charming to visit the Costa Blanca during the almond blossom in January and February.
