The architect has provided a spacious feeling inside, but it is still cozy. Next to the pier is also a boathouse with a sauna heated with wood, from which you have a beautiful view of the bay.

The surrounding area is dominated by beautiful nature, there are several swimming spots and good fishing grounds. Also the area is good for mushroom hunting. You can do good hiking and mountain bike tours here. For a day trip are suitable Astrid Lindgrens Värld, Glasriket and the Sommerstad Västervik. 20 km from the house you can find Kalmar, it attracts with an interesting history and the proximity to Öland. In Kalmar you can also eat well, shop and you will find activities for all ages.
