The cottage has a fantastic location. It is placed only 50 m from the water, by the beautiful sea bay. So you also have a beautiful view of the Kalmar Sound. The interesting town of Kalmar, where you can discover a lot of history and which is quite lively in the summer, is only 20 km away. Also visit the Kalmar Castle, the Kalmar Läns Museum with the finds of the sunken ship Kronan, cross the bridge and take a trip to Öland. The house is cozy and has a spacious living room with large windows facing the water. It has a wood-burning stove and is also open to the kitchen. On the veranda you will experience sunny days and balmy summer evenings. Boat and canoe are included (shared with S35087), they are located at the pier, a stone's throw from the house. Next to the pier is also a boathouse with a wood-heated sauna, from which you have a beautiful view of the bay. Here you can swim and fish well, also there is a mass of edible mushrooms to find. Besides hiking trails, there are also tours for mountain bikes. The house is also at a good distance for a day trip to the park Astrid Lindgrens Värld, to Västervik and of course to Glasriket. A cottage for a vacation in any season.
